The Aveline Dress

The Aveline Dress is a one-of-one creation, combining a fluid silhouette with intricate hand craftsmanship. Cut from soft brown modal satin, the fabric falls effortlessly along the body with a subtle sheen and elegant movement.

Delicate vine-like embroidery flows across the gown, from the bodice and draped sleeves to the floor-length skirt. Each motif is hand-embellished with natural garnet stones and shimmering glass beads, creating a rich interplay of texture and light against the warm brown satin.

As many Atelier Albers pieces are made to order or available for pre-order, individual production times may apply. Where applicable, the estimated timeframe will be stated on the respective product page.

If you require your order by a specific date or for an upcoming event, please contact us before placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate your request and arrange express delivery where possible.

Please note that international orders outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties, taxes and import fees upon arrival.

Our prices at checkout do not include any local customs and duties charges currently, the customer will be held liable for any extra charges that may occur.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Atelier Albers piece. If something isn’t quite right, please find our returns and exchanges information below.

RETURNS

You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To ensure your return can be processed correctly, please return the piece:

In its original condition
With all Atelier Albers and garment tags attached
In its original packaging, where possible
With all accompanying accessories, garment bags or other items included with the original order

You may inspect and try on your garment as you would in a store. Please handle all pieces with particular care. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund where the value of an item has been diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

EXCHANGES

If you would prefer to exchange your piece for another size, colour or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the replacement piece has a higher value, the price difference must be paid before it can be dispatched.

If your requested piece is unavailable, we will arrange a return and refund instead.

CUSTOM & PERSONALISED ORDERS

Pieces that have been made to your individual specifications, personalised or otherwise customised specifically for you cannot be returned or exchanged, except where the item is faulty or does not correspond to your order.

This includes custom gowns and alterations or customisations made specifically at your request.

CONDITION OF RETURNED PIECES

Please take particular care when trying on Atelier Albers garments due to their delicate fabrics, hand embroidery and embellishments.

Please avoid contact with make-up, perfume, deodorant, body lotion, self-tanner or other products that may mark or damage the garment.

Where applicable, the garment tag must remain attached while trying on the piece. Removing the tag may affect your ability to return the item, subject to your statutory rights.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, staining or other handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect and try on the garment may be subject to a deduction for loss in value.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@atelieralbers.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the item and, where applicable, arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@atelieralbers.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Your return should be securely packaged to protect the garment during transit. Wherever possible, please use the original Atelier Albers packaging.

Please use a secure and trackable shipping service and retain your proof of postage until your return and refund have been completed.

Returns that do not comply with the conditions above may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount where permitted by law.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

The returned parcel remains your responsibility until it has been received by Atelier Albers. We therefore strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service appropriate for the value of the garment.

Original delivery charges will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option are not refundable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For returns from outside the European Union, customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and for any associated return shipping costs.

Please clearly identify the shipment as a returned item and follow the return instructions provided by Atelier Albers to help prevent unnecessary customs charges.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges paid directly to local authorities or carriers may not be recoverable from Atelier Albers. Please contact your local customs authority if you wish to enquire about reclaiming such charges.
